With the weight loss field being a billion dollar industry, it’s no surprise to know that everyone wants to get in shape.  But like the majority, they don’t know how to get there. Why not work with someone that will not only get you there, but also work with you to make it a lifestyle with lasting results?

They key to improving your physique is building a program that works WITH you and requires it to be personalized. Your program components (nutrition, strength training, and cardio) must complement one another to achieve optimal results.  Here at Curls & Whey Training, our goal is to customize every aspect of your program so it will work for you.

When you choose to work with Curls & Whey Training, you will complete our questionnaire that will address the program components. This will be everything from what you are currently doing in the gym, to what you are eating, and what you hope to have included in your nutrition program with CWT.

Once your plan is designed, you will receive your entire program via email. Your nutrition is planned day to day and meal by meal.  This leaves no room for guessing on your part. We have it all laid out for you.

Your training program is also just as detailed as your nutrition plan. Each day is laid out for you. It will tell you which days to lift weights, what exercises to do and how many reps and sets you will be performing. It will also tell you what kind of cardiovascular exercise you will do and when to do it. This will all be planned around your schedule.

Every two weeks, all CWT clients submit a biweekly. This will track your progress. You will submit (online) your measurements, current weight, photos, and a meal tracker, tracking the prior two weeks of meal compliance. This will then provide us with the information needed to make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Your biweekly also gives you a chance to ask any questions that may have come up in the past two weeks.

When designing your program, we focus on building a plan that we believe will be best for you, as an individual, with your specific goals in mind.
